The early contact with hip-hop and the style-writing culture represents only a small portion of his total work created until now. Through graffiti he learned how to use a spray can which is still his favourite artistic tool but spiritually his oeuvre is influenced by punk, buddhism, dada, fluxus and by the anti-militaristic german activists of early 20th century anarchism. The leading figures of the peace movement made a lasting impression on Won with their pacifistic stance. His style reveals similaritites to Möbius and Robert Crumb as well as to Hieronymus Bosch, Caravaggio and Max Ernst.
His artistic biography displays participation in projects and exhi- bitions worldwide and his paintings can be found in countless books and magazines. Won presents his attitude and ideas in two of his own publications: Colour Kamikaze (2000) und Zombielove (2013). The former puts his thoughts into form and words, while the latter shows the familiar theme of creation of a new society through destuction of the prevailing standards and values.
